Ian Pieroni, PA-C earned his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Northern Arizona University, graduating with distinction. Before becoming a physician assistant, he served nearly a decade as a Fire Captain in the United States Air Force.
Ian specializes in pulmonary and sleep medicine, providing comprehensive evaluation and management of a wide range of respiratory and sleep disorders. He is dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care and believes in helping patients understand their diagnoses and treatment options, empowering them to take an active role in their health.
Rebecca is a Family Nurse Practitioner at Desert Pulmonary & Sleep Consultants, providing compassionate, patient-centered care for individuals with pulmonary and sleep-related conditions.
She has been in healthcare since 2003 and brings extensive clinical experience across multiple care settings. Since 2008, she has worked as a registered nurse in ICU and CVICU, caring for patients with complex and critical conditions. Her background also includes hospital medicine, surgical recovery, cancer care, and pulmonary and cardiac rehabilitation, as well as experience caring for some patients with sleep disorders through her work as a registered nurse.
During her time in pulmonary rehabilitation, Rebecca developed a strong connection to pulmonary patients and a passion for managing respiratory disease in the outpatient setting. She places a strong emphasis on patient education, believing that informed patients are better equipped to manage chronic conditions, improve outcomes, and enhance quality of life. Her philosophy of care centers on collaboration, clear communication, and evidence-based practice tailored to each patient’s individual needs.
Rebecca graduated from Grand Canyon University and is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She is committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care focused on long-term health and patient well-being.
